We offer San Benito County Chamber Members a easy self help page to utilize all the great benefits of being a member. Including booking ribbon cuttings, ground breaking photoshoots, social media posts, newsletter requests, and much more.

Ribbon Cutting

Showcase your new business by booking a ribbon cutting session with the San Benito County Chamber of Commerce. Have your business or non-profit displayed on our website, social media, and listed in our newsletter. Capture great content for all of your marketing strategies.

Ground Breaking

Create a public appearance by scheduling a Ground Breaking Session with the Chamber. Have Members of the City, Chamber Staff, and Your Team ready for a photoshoot to show off your new endeavor. Listed on our social media, newsletter, and website. Complete with shovels and hard hats.

General Newsletter: Free for Members

Share your infographic photo on our Monthly Newsletter sent out to members, visitors, and many other subscribers local to San Benito County. Your image will be placed within a large email newsletter filled with great content about the chamber, San Benito County and its other fantastic businesses.

  • Infographic (1 Max)
  • Content should submitted as an attachment to your email as a .jpg or .png format (do not past the flyer in the body of your email)
  • Content should be no larger than 8.5X11
  • Please do not send flyers or images as a Word document, the content will be blurry
  • If you have a caption or text you would like included with your flyer/ image, please send the verbiage that we can share.
  • Please include the appropriate links to websites, ticket sales, donation pages, etc.
  • Content in a Word document like a press release, or form to fill out will be included in the newsletter as a BUTTON to click.

Newsletter Takeover: $150

Utilize our email database by sending out a dedicated email blast to our subscribers. You'll have the opportunity to design your own infographic complete with your promotions, upcoming events, updates, and more. Limit 1 per month per member. 

What we need to create your Newsletter:

  • Logo (pdf or jpg)
  • Infographics or Photos (5 Max)
  • Verbiage (business details, call to action, etc)
  • Links to website, email, sign-up list, meeting calendar, etc
  • Client testimonials (or list of some people/companies you serve so people can see recognizable names as clients)

Social Media Feature: $25

Get your message out to the public by booking a Social Media Featured Post. Create your own graphic to post on our organic timeline. Have the best of both platforms as we place your image on our Facebook and Instagram pages.

Accepted Dimensions: 1080 x 1080px

  • Timeless post will stay on our timeline
  • Promotional items are deleted after promotion ends

Host a Mixer: $200

Network with other business owners, association members, and working professionals by hosting a Chamber Mixer at your place of business. Help build your brands awareness in your local community.

  • Provided by the Business Owner: Snacks, Drinks, and Seating

Add a Listing Category: $20 (Per Category)

When prospective clients search our members directory they may not search in your selected category. By listing a secondary category you increase the chances of potential customers finding you.

  • Listing Valid Length: 1 Year (Invoiced on auto-renewal)
